Feburary 2009, while attending the JUMP workshop/convention in Pittsburgh, Steppin' Out Student Haley Wilt recieved a $250 Class Scholarship in Hip-Hop . Haley was then eligable to dance in New York or Los Angeles . Haley is pictured with Ms. Natalie
