Our Heels dance class is all about giving you the confidence you have always wanted wearing your favorite heels so you can embody some serious sass. This street dance will teach you posture, poise and power as well as an introduction to choreography in an inclusive fun safe and beginner friendly environment.
Instructors will help you tackle the principles of wearing walking strutting and posing in heels. For those with previous heels experience, you will learn personalized techniques to develop your heels persona even further. Strengthen your body while enjoying the freedom of feeling confident no matter what your heels goals are. What you war is up to you. Explore character and expression to a playlist of empowering beats. All welcome.

Our Adult Intro to Ballet class is the perfect place to start, whether you’re ready for your first ballet class ever or looking for a gentle re-entry to movement. You’ll be guided through the fundamentals of ballet technique in a welcoming, lighthearted environment. We laugh and sweat our way through a classical ballet barre, gentle stretching, and build on our progress with movement across the floor. Join us for a dynamic, come-as-you-are class designed to combine a high-quality technical foundation with the freedom and joy of ballet. Coffee is always welcome.
Our Adult Tap class is available for students who are beginners, former dancers who wish to return to dance and adults looking for a new way to dance. If you are a beginner we will start you with the very first steps of tap, if you have previous dance experience, we can modify combinations to fit your skill level. Each 45 min class will include time to warm up, instruction to help learn and practice new movements and assistance in executing proper tap techniques.
Dance Fitness - Each workout is designed into 4 parts with Fitness Choreography to songs that we hand-pick. The first 3 songs provide a high-intensity, full body workout and the last song is our cooldown. You can expect to have fun, develop rhythm, and burn calories.
MOMMY & ME YOGA
Available to ages 18 months- to 3 years
This class combines gentle stretches, poses, and relaxation techniques which are designed to help improve circulation, energy levels, and posture. Moms and Bubs yoga can also help to boost your child's development and promote better sleep.
Lunchtime is the great way to "kick start" your mind to focus on afternoon tasks at hand. Yoga increases mental clarity. Give yourself a mini-workout, beat the post-lunch sugar cravings, and improve your overall mood!
(Vinyasa Yoga) Is a creative and dynamic form of yoga that uses breath to link physical yoga postures. Each class is different and postures are sequenced in a way to help increase flexibility, strengthen and tone muscles, and allow you to tune in to your body’s own rhythm. All levels are welcome. Give yourself a positive social time, grab a co-worker and do it together!
