Is the heartbeat of Steppin’ Out. In our studio, we want our students to be passionate, love what they do, and escape the everyday world. We believe in an enriching education, and we recognize that every student has something to offer the arts and the arts has something to offer every student.

Hard Work

Hard work to us is all the things a dancer can do to show their commitment to better themselves, improve their skills, and lift up those around them. We are committed to fostering the traits of hard work in our students and offering encouragement in the moments where someone falters. Our mission is to make hard work part of the daily dance life so that our students will carry it seamlessly into other parts of their lives too.

We pride ourselves to be role models for all of our dancers. We treat everyone equally and make sure each dancer gets the same amount of attention. Our faculty creates a fun and loving environment that encourages dancers to be authentic. We want all our dancers to feel comfortable, to be themselves and have confidence to try their best in dance class and outside the studio.
