We pride ourselves to be role models for all of our dancers. We treat everyone equally and make sure each dancer gets the same amount of attention. Our faculty creates a fun and loving environment that encourages dancers to be authentic. We want all our dancers to feel comfortable, to be themselves and have confidence to try their best in dance class and outside the studio.

Today, kids are growing up way too fast. We make sure that every dance, lesson, routine, costume and song is appropriate for the dancer’s age.

Natalie Bennett
Owner, Instructor, Choreographer
Natalie has over 25 years of dance experience. A Cumberland native, she attended Shenandoah University, majoring in dance and dance education. While attending Shenandoah she received extensive training in various dance styles with concentration in Graham, & Limon technique as well as Choreography.
While residing in Northern Virginia, she worked alongside and studied with Choreographer Tre Holloway and has choreographed and instructed students of all ages at: Greater Washington Performing Arts Center, Metropolitan Fine Arts, Joy of Dance, The Kennedy Center, The Dream in Color Foundation, Tiny Dancers, & The Loudon school of Ballet. From 2013-2015 Natalie instructed students at Millennium Dance Complex, in Pittsburgh, PA teaching styles including contemporary, jazz/funk and hip-hop. More recently she has taught classes and set choreography in NYC for Ballet Arts, Peridance, & Broadway Dance Center. Natalie has worked/studied with other notable choreographer's including Mia Michaels, Nick Bass, Wade Robson, Dan Karaty, Ivan Kouemav, & Travis Wall.
Natalie's competitive studio dancers and choreography has won numerous awards at STARQUEST INTERNATIONAL, SHOWSTOPPERS, STAR TALENT, NUVO, JUMP, STAR POWER, ENCORE & NEXTSTAR. Her students have performed at the Kennedy Center Opera House, Walt Disney World, The Florida Orange Bowl Halftime show, FUSE Dance Festival and for the Harlem Globetrotters. Musical Theatre choreography credits include (Cumberland, MD): Bishop Walsh High School Productions: Crazy for You 2001, Footloose 2002, 42nd Street 2003, & Grease 2004. Potomac State College of West Virginia University's (WV) Bye, Bye Birdie 2005, & Cats 2006, Big 2023. Apple Alley Players (WV): The Music Man and Oliver. Steppin' Out's/New Embassy Theatre (MD) Chicago, 2014 and Spring Awakening ,2015. Most recently she has collaborated with William Price on the Potomac State College of West Virginia University's production of "Big" (2023).
She has Coordinated different benefit dance concerts and productions within her community. Natalie is a member of the American Alliance for Health, Physical Education Recreation and Dance and DMA. She has been a primary instructor at her own studio for the last 17 years teaching various styles consisting of: Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Pointe, Contemporary & Hip-Hop at all levels. Within her busy schedule she also continues to choreograph out of state for studios, workshops, and holds master classes.

William Price
Instructor, Choreographer
William Clinton Price III, also known to most as Billy, is a native of Fort Ashby and lives in Martinsburg, WV. He graduated from Frankfort High School in 2003. He is also a graduate of Potomac State College and West Virginia University. He holds two Associates degrees, Psychology and General Studies, and a Bachelors Degree in Child Development.
William began dancing at an early age. While still in college, he was offered the opportunity to choreograph for the Silver Wings dance team at his alma mater. After the first year, he then coached the team for three additional years. He also choreographed locally for others for various events. In 2006, he joined Steppin Out School of Dance under the direction of Natalie Bennett, as an instructor. In between a busy schedule William has taken several workshops and competitions in the Pittsburgh and DC area. He has had the opportunity to work under the direction of several other choreographers. William teaches Hip Hop, Jazz/StreetJazz, Musical Theater, and also does private lessons at different levels within the studio. For the last 17 years Billy has been able grow within the studio but also form strong bonds throughout dance.
William has appeared in several theatrical productions around the area. At Potomac State College he was seen in Chicago (dancer), Wizard of Oz, Pippin (Lewis), Beauty and the Beast, My Fair Lady, and Oklahoma, while serving as dance captain for most of the productions. William also has done productions with Front and Center Stage Productions in Cumberland MD. He was seen in Grease, A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, Annie, Hair, and A Face Full of Mama, written by Shane Riggs. He also served on the Board of Directors for several years.
He has choreographed several productions; Seussical: The Musical, Aladdin Jr., Legends Dinner Theater, Big River, Wizard of Oz, The Addams Family(also Caveman Addams), Jesus Christ Superstar (also Director) and The Wedding Singer for Apple Alley Players.
In the summer of 2014 he took on co director/choreographer with Natalie Bennett to bring Chicago to the Cumberland area at the New Embassy Theater. In addition he was choreographer for Rocky Horror, Little Shop of Horrors and RENT.
Since then he has taken on co-choreography at Potomac State college with the musical BIG!
Dance has always been a passion of Billy’s. Being able to create, teach, and allow his students to express themselves in movement has been life changing.

Kristin Diamond-Walker
Instructor, Choreographer
Kristin Diamond studied Business and Dance at Frostburg State University. Kristin studied dance for 16 years with Frostburg Dance Academy and was an assistant instructor there for 2 years. During her time at FDA, she was also a member of the Competition Team which competed in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia, South Carolina and Florida. From 2003-2009, Kristin owned and operated Miss Kristin’s School of Dance in Cumberland and LaVale, MD. She has studied Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Modern, and Lyrical and as an instructor specializes in Ballet, Tap and Jazz. Kristin has attended many competitions, conventions and workshops including Dance Makers, Martha Graham Intensive, and Showstoppers along with others. Kristin has also done choreography for students through private lessons and is the choreographer for Bishop Walsh High School Spartan Theatre. She resides in Frostburg with her husband Cory Walker and daughter Isabella Ayn.

Haley Wilt
Instructor, Choreographer
Haley Wilt is a Pittsburgh, PA based choreographer, teacher, and performer. She is a Maryland native and began her dance training at a young age. Haley graduated from Seton Hill University with a Bachelor of Arts in Dance and a concentration in choreography. She specializes in partnering and contact choreography, while teaching a wide range of styles that include modern, contemporary, ballet, jazz, hip-hop, and street jazz/jazz funk. Her award-winning choreography has been shown at the American College Dance Association, the Westmoreland Museum of Art, the Ryan Theatre, and the Ohrstrom-Bryant Theatre. Most recently, she developed and directed Meraki Dance Company for Seton Hill University and debuted their first main stage piece in 2021. Haley currently teaches at Steppin’ Out School of Dance and Donna's School of Dance. She has also taught for Seton Hill University Dance Academy, Tribella’s Dance Academy, and the Shenandoah Conservatory Arts Academy. She has worked with artists that include TaMara Swank, Stefan Zubal, Nichole Waugaman--Slavin, Mary Robare, Katie Rotz, Aubrey Worek, and Lindsay McGivern

Megan Diehl
Instructor, Choreographer
Originally from Bedford County, Megan Diehl is a Cumberland, MD based choreographer. Her love for dance started at the young age of three at a local Christian ballet school. Megan developed skills and technique in several genres of dance including ballet (Cecchetti trained), tap, jazz, lyrical, acro, and hip-hop. Megan furthered her high school career on competition teams competing at the Regional and National level. She also took up instructing and choreographing in 2016.
In 2020 Megan graduated from Frostburg State University with a degree in Business Administration with a focus in marketing and management. While attending FSU Megan was a member of Frostburg Dance company.Here she was under the instruction of former Broadway performer Mrs. Shylo M. Martinez. Megan was a soloist for FSU dance company in 2019, and given the opportunity to perform with several art students and guests during live concert events. Megan was also on the Frostburg State Dance Team, Strutters. Here she broadened her dance knowledge in band dancing and hip-hop with various half-time show performances and showcases. Megan is currently an instructor at Steppin Out School of Dance teaching tap, ballet, jazz, lyrical, and acro to all ages of students. She choreographed several award winning numbers during her latest competitive season and plans to continue in her coming years. Megan hopes to pass her love and passion for the God given art of dance to every student she is able to instruct.
